Dress your car, float, tractor, wagon, bicycle, boat, truck, or people up like characters from any Dr. Seuss book! This will be a very exciting and COLORFUL parade indeed! Applications will be available by November 1st. Entry fee is $20; this is a fundraising event for the 13th Annual SC Festival of Stars.
